Free Worldwide Shipping
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping worldwide.

Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • Average shipping times to the United States: 8-14 business days.
  • Average shipping times to International: 10-15 business days.
  • This doesn’t include our 1-3 days processing time.
  • All shipping times exclude clearance / customs delays.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. When you receive the tracking number, you can track your order here

My Tracking Says “No information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please Contact Us.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Lost / Missing Packages
SquareGull is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Damaged Packages
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or refund you.
